摘要
钢中的非金属夹杂物是不可避免的,因此正确、有效地检测钢中的非金属夹杂物并按有关标准评定其等级十分重要.简要解析了检验钢中非金属夹杂物的标准,包括我国GB/T 10561-2023 和美国ASTM E45-2018 的适用范围、检验方法、评级图谱、试样的选取、夹杂物分类及结果表示、视场的选取、放大倍数、夹杂物评级界限和夹杂物宽度界限等.
Abstract
The nonmetallic inclusions present in steel is inevitable,hence,it is very important that nonmetallic inclusions are inspected correctly and efficiently and their grades are evaluated according to relative standards.The application scope,test method,rating atlas,selection of sample,inclusion classification and result representation,selection of view field,magnification,rating limit and width limit of inclusion for the standards for inspection of nonmetallic inclusions in steel,including Chinese GB/T 10561-2023 and American ASTM E45-2018,were analyzed briefly.
