摘要

某涡轮发动机压气机叶片盘采用13Cr15Ni4Mo3N半奥氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢制造,退火后依次进行了1 040℃水淬、-73℃冷处理、950℃水淬、-73℃冷处理和540℃×4h时效,热处理后发现开裂.通过化学成分分析、宏观检验、金相检验、X射线衍射、电子背散射衍射和能谱分析研究了叶片盘开裂的原因.结果表明:叶片盘有三种裂纹,即R角处的长裂纹、表面网状裂纹和内部的二次裂纹;R角处长直裂纹主要是叶片过小的R角所致,网状裂纹是氧化脱碳及冷处理过程中产生的表面拉应力所致.

Abstract

The blade disc of a turbine engine compressor,made of 13Cr15Ni4Mo3N semi-austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel,was successively quenched in water from 1 040℃,cold treated at-73℃,quenched in water from 950℃,cold treated at-73℃and aged at 540℃for 4 h,subsequently was found cracking.The cause of blade disc cracking was investigated via chemical composition analysis,macro check,metallographic examination,X-ray diffraction,electron back scattered diffraction and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicated that(a)the blade disc exhibited three types of cracks,that is,long crack at R angle,net crack at the surface,and interior secondary crack;and(b)the long crack at R angle stemmed from excessively small R angle,and the net crack stemmed from both the oxidation and decarburization and the surface tensile stress which developed during cold treating.
