固溶处理后的时效工艺对连续铸-挤ZA27锌合金显微组织和力学性能的影响

对连续铸-挤的ZA27 锌合金进行了350℃保温 48h固溶处理随后 150℃时效不同时间.检测了经过和未经过热处理的合金的硬度、力学性能和显微组织.结果表明:随着固溶处理后时效时间的延长,连续铸-挤的 ZA27 锌合金的硬度先升高后降低;未经热处理的 ZA27 合金的抗拉强度为218 MPa,而固溶处理随后150℃时效30 min的合金为422 MPa;连续铸-挤的ZA27 合金组织由富铝相和富锌相组成,经固溶处理和150℃时效30 min后富铝相和富锌相更细小.
Abstract
The continuously cast-extruded ZA27 zinc alloy was solution treated at 350℃for 48 h then aged at 150℃for different lengths of time.The ZA27 alloys subjected to and not subjected to the heat treatment were tested for hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure.The results showed that(a)as the duration of aging subsequent to solution treating became longer,the hardness of the continuously cast-extruded ZA27 alloy increased at first and then decreased;(b)the tensile strength was 218 MPa for the ZA27 alloy without being heat treated,and 422 MPa for the ZA27 alloy solution treated then aged at 150℃for 30 min;and(c)the continuously cast-extruded ZA27 alloy exhibited microstructure consisting of aluminum-rich phase and zinc-rich phase which became even finer after solution treating and aging at 150℃for 30 min.
