摘要

采用4A01 和5A06 焊丝焊接了厚度为1.6 mm的6061 铝合金试板,检测了焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能.结果表明:焊丝成分对 6061 铝合金焊接接头的微观组织没有影响,对力学性能有一定影响;采用4A01 焊丝焊接的6061 合金接头拉伸试样断裂在焊缝区,而采用 5A06 焊丝焊接的接头拉伸试样断裂于焊缝边缘即部分熔化区,且断后伸长率显著大于采用4A01 焊丝焊接的接头.

Abstract

1.6-mm-thick test plates of 6061 aluminum alloy were welded by 4A01and 5A06 welding wires,and the welded joints were tested for microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that(a)the composition of welding wire had no effect on the microstructure of welded 6061 aluminum alloy joint,but had some effect on the mechanical properties of the joint;(b)the tensile specimen taken from 6061 alloy joint welded by 4A01welding wire fractured in the weld zone,wheres the tensile specimen taken from the joint welded by 5A06 welding wire fractured in the weld edge,that is,in the partially melted zone,and the elongation was significantly greater than that of the joint welded by 4A01 welding wire.
