9Ni钢常用于制作压缩机叶轮,能在-196℃的超低温下使用.对 9Ni钢进行了从 900℃氮气冷却的正火、从820℃氮气冷却的一次淬火、从两相区温度680℃油冷的二次淬火、590℃回火、-196℃深冷处理和520℃稳定化处理.热处理后检测了钢的力学性能和显微组织.结果表明:9Ni钢的力学性能满足要求,显微组织为回火马氏体和约11%的残留奥氏体.
Abstract
9Ni steel is commonly used to make compressor impeller,and may be employed at ultra-low temperature of-196℃.The 9Ni steel was subjected to normalizing consisting of soaking at 900℃and nitrogen cooling,primary quenching from 820℃in nitrogen,secondary quenching in oil from two-phase region temperature of 680℃,tempering at 590℃,deep cryogenic treating at-196℃,and stabilizing at 520℃.After the heat treating,the steel was tested for mechanical properties and microstructure.The results demonstrated that the 9Ni steel exhibited the mechanical properties which conformed with the requirements and the microstructure which consisted of tempered martensite and about 11%retained austenite.
