摘要

泵轴是一种传递动力的零件,通常采用20Cr13 不锈钢制作.通过采用VOD精炼+二次电渣重熔工艺熔炼,始锻温度为 1 180℃、终锻温度为 780℃的锻造和调质处理试制了尺寸为 ϕ 360 mm×7 150 mm的20Cr13 钢泵轴锻件.检测结果表明:锻件的显微组织为正常的回火索氏体,力学性能达到了泵轴产品的技术要求.

Abstract

The pump spindle is a type of component transmitting power,and is made commonly from 20Cr13 stainless steel.20Cr13 steel pump spindle forging 360 mm in diameter by 7 150 mm long was trial-produced by smelting with VOD refining practice and secondary electroslag remelting,forging starting at 1 180℃and ending at 780℃and quenching-and-tempering.The test results showed that the forging exhibited normal microstructure consisting of tempered sorbite and mechanical properties which meet the specification for the pump spindle product.
