摘要
60Si2CrVAT钢弹簧疲劳试验时断裂.对断裂的弹簧进行了断口分析、金相检测、硬度检测和非金属夹杂物检测.结果表明:弹簧的硬度和非金属夹杂物含量均符合要求,但有因热处理工艺不当而产生的两种显微组织,即回火托氏体加少量铁素体和保持淬火马氏体位向的回火托氏体,导致其疲劳性能较差而断裂.
Abstract
60Si2CrVAT steel springs broke during fatigue test.The fracture test,metallographic examination,hardness measurements and non-metallic inclusion detection were performed on the broken springs.The results indicated that both the hardness and the non-metallic inclusion contents conformed with the requirements,however,the springs exhibited two types of microstructure consisting of tempered troorstite and a small amount of ferrite and consisting of tempered troostites maintaining quenched martensite orientation which resulted from improper heat treatment processes,thus issuing in braking due to poor fatigue property.
