摘要
近年来,铝合金激光焊技术发展快速.综述了铝合金激光焊接技术研究的进展,包括焊接缺陷(气孔,热裂),铝合金激光焊接的数值模拟,影响焊缝性能的因素(合金元素、焊后处理工艺、焊接工艺参数、激光功率、激光束振荡频率、入射角和焊接速率等),以及激光焊技术与其他工艺的复合.
Abstract
In recent years,the laser welding technology for aluminium alloy has been developed rapidly.The progress in research on laser welding technology for aluminium alloys,among which were:the welding defects such as gas hole and thermal cracking,the numerical simulation of laser welding of aluminum alloys,the factors influencing weld performances,including alloying elements,post-welding heat treatment processes,welding process parameters,laser power,vibration frequency of laser-beam,incidence angle and welding rate,as well as the combination of laser welding technology and other procedures,were comprehensively described.
