摘要

采用单道次热压缩试验和Gleeble-2000D热模拟试验机研究了钻探管用950 MPa级非调质贝氏体钢在变形温度为1 123~1 373 K、应变速率为0.001~10 s-1和真应变为0.6条件下的热变形行为.结果表明:应变速率降低、Zener-Hollomon参数减小及温度升高均使试验钢较易发生动态再结晶,钢的动态再结晶激活能Q为321 991 J/mol;变形温度越高,应变速率越低,功率耗散系数η值越大;钢的最佳热加工参数为变形温度1 123~1 373 K,应变速率0.001~0.1 s-1.

Abstract

Hot deformation behavior of 950 MPa grade non-quenched-and-tempered nainitic steel used for drilling pipe under the condition that deformation temperature was 1 123 to 1 373 K,strain rate was 0.001 to 10 s-1,and true strain was 0.6 was investigated by using both the single pass hot compression test and the Gleeble-2000D thermal simulation testing machine.The results indicated that(a)the decrease in strain rate,the decrease in Zener Hollomon parameters,and the increase in temperature all make the tested steel more prone to dynamic recrystallization,and the dynamic recrystallization activation energy Q of the tested steel was 321 991 J/mol;(b)the higher the deformation temperature,the lower the strain rate,and greater the power dissipation coefficient ηvalue was;and(c)the optimal hot working parameters for this steel were deformation temperature of 1 123 to 1 373 K and strain rate of 0.001 to 0.1s-1.
