摘要

ZF7B钢重载齿轮质量8.85 kg,需进行真空渗碳、淬火、低温回火,达到58~63 HRC的表面硬度、290 HB的心部硬度、至610 HV1的0.6~1.0 mm有效硬化层深度、≤2级碳化物和≥5级平均晶粒度.采用VCB真空渗碳-油淬炉对齿轮进行了两种工艺的渗碳、淬火和相同工艺的低温回火.在采取适当延长渗碳扩散时间、提高淬火温度、调整淬火油温和搅拌频率等措施后,齿轮的热处理质量达到了要求.

Abstract

The heavy-duty gear of ZF7B steel weighs 8.85 kg,and needs to be vacuum carburized,hardened and low-temperature tempered to achieve surface hardness of 58 to 63 HRC,core hardness greater than 290 HB,effectively hardened depth of 0.6 to 1.0 mm up to 610 HV1,carbides less than or equal to No.2,and average grain size greater than or equal to No.5.The gears were carburized and hardened by two types of procedures in a VCB vacuum carburizing-oil quenching furnace,then were low-temperature tempered by the same process.The heat treatment quality of the heavy-duty gears of ZF7B steel met the requirements after the measures such as appropriate prolongation of diffusion time of carburizing cycle,increase in hardening temperature,and adjustments of quenching oil temperature and stirring frequency were adopted.
