摘要

为满足力学性能要求,对φ125 mm的35CrMoA钢试棒进行了四种工艺的热处理,包括正火加亚温淬火、退火加亚温淬火和亚温淬火后于650~570 ℃回火.检测了热处理后钢的拉伸性能,-20℃、-35 ℃、-45℃冲击韧度,冲击试样的断口形貌,硬度和显微组织.结果表明:经840 ℃退火、810 ℃亚温淬火和570 ℃回火的35CrMoA钢力学性能性能满足要求;亚温淬火能使35CrMoA钢获得良好的低温冲击韧度;亚温淬火后回火温度从650℃降到570 ℃,钢的低温冲击韧度、断后伸长率和断面收缩率下降,强度提高;经不同工艺热处理的35CrMoA钢显微组织为回火索氏体和铁素体.

Abstract

In order to meet mechanical property requirements,the 125-mm-diam 35CrMoA steel test bars were heat treated by four types of procedure,among which are:annealing plus sub-critical quenching,normalizing plus sub-critical quenching,and tempering at temperatures varying from 650 to 570 ℃ subsequent to sub-critical quenching.After heat treating,the steel was tested for tensile properties,impact toughnesses at-20 ℃,-35 ℃ and-45 ℃,morphology of impact specimen fracture,hardness,and microstructure.The results indicated that(a)the 35CrMoA steel subjected to annealing at 840 ℃,sub-critical quenching from 810 ℃ and tempering at 570 ℃ exhibited mechanical properties which met the requirements;(b)the sub-critical quenching was able to cause 35CrMoA steel to have good low-temperature impact toughness;(c)with the decrease in tempering temperature after sub-critical quenching from 650 to 570 ℃,the steel decreased in low-temperature impact toughness,elongation and area reduction,and increased in strengths;and(d)the microstructure of the 35CrMoA steel heat treated by the different procedures consisted of tempered sorbite and ferrite.
