摘要
某汽车减振器20MnTiB钢活塞杆在装配时端部断裂.采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、断口检验、能谱分析、金相检验和硬度检测等分析了活塞杆断裂的原因.结果表明:活塞杆端部存在淬火裂纹,在装配扭矩的作用下裂纹扩展,导致活塞杆断裂.
Abstract
The piston rod of an automobile absorber,made from 20MnTiB steel,fractured at end during assembly.The reason why the piston rod fractured was analyzed via macro-check,chemical composition analysis,fracture test,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results showed that quenching crack existed in the piston rod end,and extended under the action of assembly torque,thus resulting in the piston rod fracturing.
