稳定化处理消除离心压缩机主轴残余应力的有效性

摘要
对结构类似于离心压缩机主轴的40NiCrMo7钢试棒进行了调质处理和560 ℃分别保温15、25和40 h的稳定化处理.通过钻孔试验检测了调质处理态和稳定化处理态试棒的残余应力.结果表明:调质处理态试棒的残余应力较大,为700~850 MPa;稳定化处理能减小试棒的残余应力,随着稳定化处理时间的延长,残余应力降低;稳定化处理15 h的试棒残余应力消除了 50%~80%,稳定化处理25 h的试棒残余应力值为-80~-200 MPa.
Abstract
40NiCrMo7steel test bars similar to centrifugal compressor spindle in configuration were quenched and tempered,as well as were stabilized at 560 ℃ for 15,25 and 40 h,respectively.The residual stresses in the test bars in quenched-and-tempered and stabilized conditions were surveyed via drilling test.The results indicated that(a)the test bar in quenched-and-tempered condition exhibited residual stress as larger as 700 to 850 MPa;(b)the stabilizing was enabled to decrease residual stress in the test bar,and as duration of the stabilizing prolongated,the residual stress reduced;and(c)50%to 80%of residual stress in the test bar stabilized for 15 h was able to be relieved,and the residual stress magnitudes in the test bar stabilized for 25 h were-80 to-200 MPa.
