摘要
直径为15 mm的20CrMnTi钢棒材淬火后硬度不均匀.对硬度不均匀的棒材进行了化学成分分析和金相检验,对淬火加热前硼砂的不当使用对棒材淬火硬度的影响进行了试验验证.结果表明:20CrMnTi钢棒材淬火硬度偏低且不均匀的原因是,用于防止棒材淬火加热时氧化脱碳的硼砂用量太多且操作不当,导致其黏附在棒材表面,降低了棒材的淬火速率.
Abstract
20CrMnTi steel bar 15 mm in diameter exhibited lower and uneven hardness after quenching.The chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination were performed on the bar having uneven hardness,and the effect of improper use of borax before heating for hardening on as-quenched hardness of the bar was test verified.The results indicated that the cause for lower and uneven hardness of the 20CrMnTi steel bar proved to be too much borax amount used to prevent the bar from oxidizing and decarburizing being used and improper handling,resulting in its adhesion to the bar thereby the decrease in quenching rate.
