摘要
某热处理厂一批经固溶处理、尺寸为φ120 mm×1 200 mm的2205钢棒材冲击韧度较差.为此复查了棒材的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和冲击试样的断口形貌.结果表明:棒材含有较多的非金属夹杂物,破坏了基体的连续性,因而这批棒材的塑性和韧性较差.
Abstract
A lot of 2205 steel bars 120 mm in diameter by 1 200 mm long solution treated exhibited relatively poor impact toughness in a heat treatment plant.For this reason,the chemical composition,mechanical properties and microstructure of the bars as well as the pattern of impact specimen fracture were reexamined.The results showed that the bar contained many non-metallic inclusions which destroyed the continuity of the matrix,and,as a result,this batch of bars exhibited relatively poor plasticity and toughness.
