摘要

某钢厂的镀覆40μm厚锌铝镁镀层的带钢表面发现有锌流纹.分析了锌流纹的形成原因,并进行了带钢的3次试生产.结果表明:带钢表面的锌流纹形成与气刀压力、气刀间隙,带钢入锌锅温度及锌液温度等镀覆工艺参数有关.通过将气刀开口度调整到1.0(中间)~1.2mm(边缘),气刀压力降低到8 kPa,气刀间隙调整为8 mm,以及将带钢入锌锅温度及锌液温度提高至450 ℃,带钢表面的锌流纹已基本被消除.

Abstract

The steel strip on which 40-μm-thick zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating was fabricated was found to have zinc streaks at surface in a steel plant.The reason why the zinc streaks formed was analyzed,and the trial-productions of steel strip were performed three times.The results indicated that the formation of zinc streaks was related to plating process parameters such as pressure and gap of air knife,temperature at the time of steel strip entering into zinc liquid top,and zinc liquid temperature.The zinc streaks on the steel strip have been eliminated mostly by adjusting the air knife opening degree to 1.0(middle)-to-1,2 mm(side),reducing air knife pressure to 8 kPa,and increasing both the temperature at the time of steel strip entering into zinc liquid top and the temperature of zinc liquid to 450 ℃.
