为探究地果(Ficus tikoua)的遗传变异特征,利用Illumina HiSeq-2500平台获取地果的基因表达谱.结果表明,共获得了197362个转录本,总长度和平均长度分别为114072125和577 bp.使用BlastX和BlastN共注释了139992个转录本(占总数的70.93%).从3个品种叶片和茎的6对样品中,分别鉴定了12397、12340、10373、94431、71830和44465个差异表达基因,以及注释了126、129、125、134、138和137条代谢途径.这将有助于理解地果的遗传特征,以及不同组织中代谢途径的变化.
Transcriptome Analysis of Chinese Ficus tikoua
Ficus tikoua is a woody plant used as traditional medicine. To investigate the genetic variation of F. tikoua cultivars, the gene expression profiles of Chinese F. tikoua were obtained by using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. The results showed that a total of 197362 transcripts were obtained from the transcriptome of F. tikoua, with a total and average length of 114072125 and 577 bp, respectively. There were 139992 transcripts (70.93%of total transcripts) annotated by using BlastX and BlastN. There were 12397, 12340, 10373, 94431, 71830, and 44465 differentially expressed genes identified, and 126, 129, 125, 134, 138, and 137 metabolic pathways annotated from six pairs of tissue samples, blades and stems of three F. tikoua cultivars, respectively. So, these would help for understanding not only the genetic characteristics of F. tikoua, but also the metabolic pathway changes in different tissues.
