木薯棒孢霉叶斑病病原鉴定及其生物学特性测定

对中国木薯主产区的病害普查中,发现了一种新的叶斑病.病原菌形态鉴定和ITS序列分析表明其为山扁豆生棒孢(Corynespora cassiicola).生物学特性研究表明,CMA或ME培养基、26~28℃、pH6、连续光照是其生长最适条件,光暗交替或连续光照适于产孢,孢子最适萌发温度和致死温度分别为28~30℃和55℃10 min.接种试验表明该菌株和2株来自于番木瓜、2株来自于橡胶的C.cassiicola菌株均能侵染木薯和番木瓜,但致病力存在着差异.除一株来自番木瓜的菌株外,其余4个菌株均能侵染橡胶.
Identification of a Pathogen from Corynespora Leaf Spot Disaese of Cassava and Its Biological Characteristics
A new leaf spot disease was first found in the main cassava planting regions during a survey in 2009. Morphlogical identification and ITS sequence analysis indicated the pathogen was Corynespora cassiicola, which was named CCCHN01. The optimal condition for the mycelial growth included CMA or ME medium, 26 ℃ to 28 ℃, pH 6 and continuous light. Alternative light or continuous light was the the optimal condition for sporulation. The optimal temperature for conidia germination was 28 ℃ to 30℃ and the lethal temperature was 55 ℃ for 10 min. Five strains including CCCHNO1, two strains from papaya and the others from rubber trees could infect cassava and papaya with different virulence. All strains except the strain from papaya could infect rubber trees .
