低温胁迫对‘热研1号’槟榔新品种生理特性的影响

为进一步完善‘热研1号’槟榔新品种的生物学特性,以1年幼苗为材料,在26、20、14、8℃的温度梯度下,分别生长0,10,20和30 d后,测定植株的相对含水量、电导率、叶绿素、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生理指标的变化,探讨供试材料在低温胁迫下的耐受性.结果表明:在26℃/10 d、26℃/20 d、26℃/30 d处理条件下各指标表现正常;20℃/10 d、20℃/20 d低温处理时各指标数值开始出现小幅度变化,但在20℃/30d条件下变化明显,表现为多个指标数值差异显著;当处理温度在14、8℃条件下,处理时间为10d时各指标数值间差异达显著水平,特别是随着低温胁迫程度的加强,在8℃/30d时脯氨酸、丙二醛、POD、SOD活性均出现了持续上升后再下降的趋势,结合植株濒临死亡的外观症状,证明了在8℃/30 d条件下幼苗严重受损直至死亡.
Effects of Chilling Stress on Physiological Characteristics of a New Areca Variety ‘Reyan No.1’
To improve the studies of biological characteristics of ‘Reyan No.1’, one year old seedlings were used as experimental materials to measure the effects of chilling stress on the physiological characteristics.The seedlings were grown under 26, 20, 14, 8 ℃ for 0, 10, 20, 30 d respectively.The results showed that indices were normal under 26 ℃/10 d, 26 ℃/20 d, 26 ℃/30 d and had a small change under 20 ℃/10 d and 20 ℃/20 d.But there were obvious changes at 20 ℃/30 d and even significant under 14 ℃/10 d and 8 ℃/10 d.Especially with prolong of the treatment at 8 ℃/30 d, Pro, MDA, POD and SOD first gradually increased and then decreased.Combined with the severe injury symptom, 8 ℃/30d is the lethal temperature for "Reyan No.1".
