不同光质的LED对2种金线莲组培苗增殖、生根及生长的影响

以东源金线莲和福建金线莲品种‘红霞’为材料,研究了白光(W)、红光(R)、蓝光(B),以及组合光R8B2、R7B3、R5B5、R3B7、R2B8共8种光质的LED对金线莲组培增殖与生根的影响,并比较了株高、鲜重、干重、叶绿素和类胡萝h素含量等生长指标.结果表明:组合光R8B2和红光(R)显著提高了东源金线莲增殖系数,而所有LED处理对福建金线莲‘红霞’的增殖系数差异不显著.白光、红光、组合光R8B2和R7B3有利于2种金线莲的生根和株高的增加,白光、组合光R8B2和R7B3促进了鲜重和干重的增加和叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的积累,而蓝光(B)显著抑制了2种金线莲的生根,生根率、根数和平均最长根长显著低于其他处理,试管苗的干重和鲜重也较低.综合来看,金线莲增殖阶段最适LED光质为R8B2和红光,生根诱导阶段最适LED光质为R8B2和R7B3,该研究结果为LED光源在金线莲组织培养中的应用奠定了基础.
Effect of LED in Different Light Qualities on Propagation,Rooting and Growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii Plantlets
The effect of 8 different LED light,namely white,red,blue,R8B2,R7B3,R5B5,R3B7 and R2B8 on multiplication and rooting in vitro of Anoectochilus roxburghii ‘HongXia’ and A.roxburghii in Dongyuan were investigated,and the plant height,fresh/dry weight and chlorophyll content were also analyzed.The results showed that the light of RSB2 and red light could increase the multiplication coefficient of A.roxburghii in Dongyuan,while the multiplication coefficient of ‘HongXia’ was insignificantly among all LED treatments.The light of white,red,R8B2 and R7B3 could promote the rooting and seedling height of the two species,and the light of white,R8B2 and R7B3 also increased the fresh/dry weight and chlorophyll content,but the blue light significantly inhibited the rooting of the two species,and the rooting rate,root number and root length were significantly lower than other treatments.Under blue light,the fresh and dry weight of the plantlets in vitro were also low.Taken together,the best light for the multiplication of A.roxburghii was R8B2 and red,and R8B2 and R7B3 were the best for the rooting of A.roxburghii.
