油绿苦瓜种质种子脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

以农艺性状差异显著的2份油绿苦瓜种质(Y41和Y63)为材料,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其种子脂溶性成分和相对含量进行分析.结果表明,2份苦瓜种质分别鉴定出14和19种脂溶性化学成分,脂溶性成分主要为γ-生育酚、环阿屯醇、维生素E、Ela甾醇、β-香树素、24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇、钝叶醇.其中2种脂溶性化学成分为Y41特有,7种脂溶性化学成分为Y63特有,γ-生育酚在2份苦瓜材料中含量均较高,分别为18.388%和22.240%.可见,不同苦瓜材料间种子脂溶性成分及含量存在一定程度的差异.
Liposoluble Components Analysis of Glossy Green Bitter Gourd Seeds by GC-MS
Two glossy green bitter gourd germplasms (named as Y41 and Y63) with different agronomy traits were used as the test materials,and the liposoluble components and relative contents of bitter gourd seeds were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that 14 and 19 liposoluble components were identified in these 2 materials,respectively.The liposoluble components mainly included γ-Tocopherol,Cycloartenol,Vitamine E,Elasterol,β-Amyrin,24-methylenecycloartanol and Obtusifoliol.Two kinds of liposoluble components were peculiar to Y41,seven kinds of liposoluble components were peculiar to Y63.The relative contents of γ-Tocopherol was 18.388% and 22.240%,respectively.It could be concluded that there were some differences about the seed liposoluble components and relative contents between bitter gourd germplasm.
