Evaluation of Gear Oil Selection Based on Hierarchical Analysis and Entropy Weight Method
Aimed at the problem of safe oil use of wind turbine gearbox,according to the operation characteristics of wind power equipment and possible faults in actual operation,considering the basic physical and chemical indexes,anti-pollution performance and extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of gear oil,nine specific indexes were selected,and the evaluation system of hierarchical analysis structure covering target layer,criterion layer and scheme layer was construc-ted.The entropy weight method was introduced to improve the calculation method of comprehensive weight,and was applied to the oil selection scheme of OEM of a wind turbine gearbox.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method was verified by an example.The results show that the proposed method can quantify the selection results of wind power gear oil,which is beneficial to the rapid evaluation the related indexes of oil performance and improve the deviation caused by subjective fac-tors in the process of multi-oil selection decision-making.The method can provide reference for oil selection decision-making of wind power gearbox,and can be used in oil selection decision-making in other industries,which is of great sig-nificance for oil selection.
