金属缠绕垫片广泛应用于管道法兰静密封,其结构对力学性能和密封性能具有重要的影响作用.在常用金属缠绕垫片"V"形简化模型的基础上,提出改进的R(R1,R2)截面参数简化模型,可以更好地符合工艺要求;将柔性石墨密封带的接触压力、等效应力和压缩回弹作为关键性能指标,构建基本的柔性石墨金属缠绕垫片几何结构优化的目标函数及约束条件方程,利用ANSYS软件对改进模型进行仿真模拟分析,探究不同垫片结构参数对关键性能指标的影响,应用响应面法确定多约束条件下金属缠绕垫片的最优结构.
Structural Optimal Design of Spiral Wound Gasket Based on Section Parameters R(R1,R2)
Flexible graphite spiral wound gaskets(SWGs)are widely used in static sealing of pipeline flanges,and their structure has an important effect on the mechanical properties and sealing performance.Based on the commonly used"V"type simplified model of SWGs,an improved simplified model of R(R1,R2)section parameter was proposed,which can bet-ter meet the process requirements.Taking the contact pressure,equivalent stress and compression-recovery of the flexible graphite sealing tape as key performance indicators,the basic objective function and constraint equations for the geometric structure optimization of SWGs were constructed.The simulation analysis of the improved model was carried out using AN-SYS software.The influence of different gasket structure parameters on the key performance indicators was explored,and the optimal structure of the SWG under multi-constraint conditions was determined by using response surface method.
