杂质颗粒对滚针轴承润滑特性影响研究

为探究润滑剂中混入杂质颗粒对滚针轴承油膜润滑性能的影响,基于线接触滚针轴承润滑模型,建立考虑单个杂质颗粒的线接触润滑模型.采用多重网格法计算油膜压力,多重网格积分法计算油膜弹性变形以及逐列扫描法计算油膜温度,得到不同卷吸速度、载荷和颗粒尺寸下颗粒在接触区流动时的油膜压力、膜厚、流速和温度变化.结果表明:固体颗粒的存在会造成该位置附近油膜压力和温度的增大,膜厚降低以及流体流速的波动;卷吸速度降低、载荷增大和杂质颗粒尺寸增大均会大幅提高接触区内颗粒所处位置的压力和温度,出现恶劣工况,使滚针与滚道在该位置出现胶合或点蚀.
Research on the Influence of Impurity Particle on Lubrication Characteristics of Needle Roller Bearings
In order to investigate the influence of impurity particles mixed in oil on the lubrication performance of needle roller bearings,a line contact lubrication model considering individual impurity particles was established based on the lu-brication model of line contact needle roller bearings.The multi grid method was used to calculate the oil film pressure,the multi grid integration method was used to calculate the elastic deformation of the oil film,and the column by column scan-ning method was used to calculate the oil film temperature.The oil film pressure,film thickness,flow velocity,and tempera-ture changes of particles flowing in the contact area under different entrainment speeds,loads,and particle sizes were ob-tained.The results indicate that the presence of solid particles can cause an increase in oil film pressure and temperature near this location,a decrease in film thickness,and fluctuations in fluid flow rate.A decrease in the suction speed,an in-crease in load,and an increase in the size of impurity particles will significantly increase the pressure and temperature at the location of the particles in the contact area,leading to adverse working conditions and causing adhesion or pitting be-tween the roller needle and the raceway at that location.
