Development and Performance Test of a Fast Measuring Device for Oil Supply Rate of Shafting Core Valve for Space Use
Passive micro oil supply is one of the main forms of achieving micro lubrication in space shafting, and the ap-propriate supply of lubricating oil is a key link to ensure the stable operation of space shafting. In response to the problems of long time consumption and high cost in traditional running-in screening technology for porous material core valves used in space shafting,an equivalent method was proposed to quickly detect the oil supply rate of core valves with air instead of aerospace lubricating oil as the fluid medium.A core valve gas permeability detection device was developed on the basis of underwater bubble method and LabVIEW image recognition technology. The results of testing the detection performance of the device show that the gas permeability detection time for the porous material core valve is less than 5 minutes, the detec-tion error is less than 0.5%,and the prediction error of the oil supply rate is less than 6.0%.
