载流摩擦用铜-碳复合材料研究现状及展望

铜-碳(碳材料主要包括石墨、碳纤维、碳纳米管、石墨烯等)复合材料因其优异的导电性、导热性和润滑等性能,广泛应用在航天航空、轨道交通、电力电子、武器装备等领域的载流摩擦副中.随着载流摩擦副服役条件越来越苛刻,对铜-碳复合材料的使用性能要求越来越高.介绍铜-碳复合材料的种类和组成,指出铜-碳复合材料存在的问题如强度较低、铜基体与碳材料增强相之间不润湿等,综述铜-碳复合材料的界面改善、制备方法等,并对铜-碳复合材料的发展方向进行展望.
Research Progress and Prospect of Copper-Carbon Composites for Current-Carrying Friction
Copper-carbon(carbon material mainly includes graphite,carbon fiber,carbon nanotubes,graphene,etc.)composite materials are widely used as current-carrying friction pairs in the field of aerospace,rail transit,power electron-ics,weapons and other fields due to their excellent electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,lubrication and other prop-erties.With the increasingly stringent service conditions of current carrying friction pairs,the performance requirements for copper-carbon composite materials are becoming higher.The types and compositions of copper-carbon composite materials were introduced,the problems existing in copper-carbon composite materials were pointed out,such as low strength,non wetting between copper matrix and carbon material reinforcement phase.The interface improvement and preparation meth-ods of copper-carbon composite materials were reviewed,and the development direction of copper-carbon composites in the future was prospected.
