第一磨牙牙冠形状对义齿磨损性能的影响

义齿牙冠的形状对义齿的磨损性能有重要影响,合适的义齿牙冠形状可以有效增加义齿的使用寿命.以下颌右侧第一磨牙为研究对象,研究义齿牙尖斜度和边缘嵴对义齿磨损的影响.对标准牙颌模型进行扫描及三维模型重建,并使用义齿设计软件exocad对磨牙进行设计,通过改变牙尖斜度(平坦20°,中等30°,尖锐40°)和边缘嵴高低(包括两侧低边缘嵴、颊侧高边缘嵴和两侧高边缘嵴),建立9种不同组合的义齿结构;将模型及设计义齿导入有限元软件Abaqus中进行咀嚼应力分析;利用咀嚼机器人进行义齿磨损实验,分析其磨损情况.结果表明:在牙尖斜度20°~40°范围内,低边缘嵴的情况下,牙尖斜度每增加10°,最大应力值与主要磨损平均应力分别增长5.05和0.75 MPa,而边缘嵴较高时,牙尖斜度每增高10°,最大应力值与主要磨损平均应力分别增长3.61和0.31 MPa;相同咀嚼条件下,牙尖斜度越高,义齿磨损越大,而高边缘嵴能改善义齿磨损情况.
Influence of Crown Shape of First Molar on the Wear Performance of Denture
The shape of the denture crown has an important effect on the wear performance of the denture,and a appro-priate shape of the denture crown can effectively increase the service life of the denture.The influence of denture angle and marginal ridge on denture wear was studied with the first molar of mandibular right side as the research subject.The stand-ard tooth was scanned,and the 3D jaw model was reconstructed.The missing tooth was designed with the help of denture design software exocad.By changing the inclination of the tooth tip(flat 20°,medium 30°,sharp 40°)and marginal ridge height(including low marginal ridge on both sides,buccal high marginal ridge and high marginal ridge on both sides),9 different combinations of denture structures were established.The model and the designed denture were imported into the fi-nite element software Abaqus for chewing stress analysis.A chewing robot was used to carry out the denture wear experi-ment and analyze its wear condition.The results show that in the inclination range of 20° to 40° of the tooth tip,when mar-ginal ridge is low,for every 10° increase in tooth tip inclination,the maximum stress value and the average major wear stress increase by 5.05 MPa and 0.75 MPa,respectively.However,when the marginal ridge is high,for every 10° increase in tooth tip inclination,the maximum stress and main wear stress increase by 3.61 MPa and 0.31 MPa,respectively.Under the same chewing conditions,the higher the inclination of the tooth tip,the greater the denture wear,and the higher marginal ridge can improve the denture wear.
