Research on Temperature Compensation Method of Oil Water Content Sensor Based on Surface Fitting
To compensate for the effect of temperature on the measurement accuracy of oil content content sensors, the relationship between temperature, capacitance and water content was established by measuring the dielectric constant data of lubricating oil, capacitance probes, and water at different temperatures.A temperature compensation model for oil water content sensors was established using a surface fitting binary regression analysis method. The results shows that the maxi-mum deviation of water content caused by temperature changes before compensation is more than 6.5%,while the deviation of water content is less than 0.15%after compensation, indicating that the established temperature compensation model can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of oil water content sensor.
