针对一种特种车辆电机用深沟球轴承为对象,建立热流耦合模型,研究脂润滑滚动轴承的密封性能.在滚动轴承动力学理论和流体力学理论基础上,建立密封脂润滑深沟球轴承动力学微分方程,采用四阶龙格库塔数值算法和VOF多相流计算法进行求解,并对脂润滑密封深沟球轴承的密封特性进行研究.研究结果表明:轴承润滑脂填脂量对润滑脂泄漏速率影响显著,过大的填脂量使润滑脂与滚动体搅拌摩擦增加,导致其泄漏速率增大;对于所研究的轴承,在轴承转速不大于10 000 r/min情况下,填脂量选用40%为最佳,这时轴承密封寿命最长;密封间隙的大小直接影响轴承密封性能,过大的密封间隙会造成内圈与防尘盖之间无法形成有效的动压油膜,使润滑脂过快地泄漏;过小的密封间隙会增大防尘盖与轴承内圈之间的摩擦,造成异常升温,加快密封圈的磨损和润滑脂的泄漏;对于所研究的轴承,轴承润滑脂泄漏速率最小的轴承密封间隙为0.15 mm.
Research on Sealing Performance of Deep Groove Ball Bearing for Special Vehicle Motor
A heat flow coupling model was established for a deep groove ball bearing used in a special vehicle motor to study the sealing performance of grease lubricated rolling bearings.Based on the theory of rolling bearing dynamics and flu-id mechanics,a differential equation for the dynamics of grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings was established.The fourth order Runge Kutta numerical algorithm and VOF multiphase flow calculation method were used to solve the equa-tion,and the sealing characteristics of grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings were studied.The research results indi-cate that the amount of grease filled in the bearings has a significant impact on the leakage rate of the grease.Excessive grease filling increases the stirring friction between the grease and the rolling element,leading to an increase in leakage rate.For the studied bearings,when the bearing speed is not greater than 10 000 r/min,40%grease filling is the optimal choice,which results in the longest sealing life of the bearing.The size of the sealing clearance directly affects the sealing performance of the bearing.An excessively large sealing gap can prevent the formation of an effective dynamic pressure oil film between the inner ring and the dust cover,leading to rapid leakage of lubricating grease.A too small sealing gap will increase the friction between the dust cover and the inner ring of the bearing,causing abnormal heating and accelerating the wear of the sealing ring and the leakage of lubricating grease.For the studied bearings,the leakage rate of bearing grease is the minimum when the bearing sealing clearance is 0.15 mm.
