焊接电流对铝合金点焊接头组织的影响

Effect of Welding Current on Microstructure of Welded Joints of Aluminium Alloy

采用DN-100型固定式点焊机,金相显微镜研究了焊接电流对铝合金接头组织和性能的影响规律.结果表明:焊接电流小时,熔核小,晶粒粗大且不均匀,有缺陷.随着焊接电流的增大,熔核增大,形成有效熔核,晶粒细小且均匀,性能提高.
The effects of welding current on the microstructure and performance of aluminum alloy joint were researched by DN-100 type fixed spot welding and metallographic microscope. The results show that, when the welding current is small, the nugget is small, and the grains are coarse and uneven, and then the defects appear. Along with the welding current increasing, the nugget increases, the effective nuclear fusion forms, the grain is small and uniform, and the performance improves.
