玻璃纤维增强泡沫铝性能的研究

以纯铝为基体材料、Ti-H2为发泡剂和镀铜玻璃纤维为外加剂,制备了不同孔隙率的泡沫铝.研究了玻璃纤维掺量及长径比对泡沫铝孔隙率、表观密度、抗压强度及导热系数的影响规律.结果表明:当发泡剂用量不变时,随玻璃纤维掺量及长径比的增加,泡沫铝的孔隙率增大,表观密度、导热系数和抗压强度均有相应降低;但纤维长径比的影响较纤维掺量小.
Investigation on Properties of Aluminum Foam Reinforced by Copper-coated Glass Fiber
The aluminum foams with different porosity were prepared with base material aluminum and the foaming agent of TiH2 and blowing agent of copper-coated glass fibers.The influences of glass fibers content and length to diameter ratio with apparent density,porosity level,compression property and thermal conductivity were tested.The results indicate that with the increase of the content and length to the diameter ratio of the glass fiber,the porosity increases,the apparent density,yield strength and thermal conductivity decrease.But the influence of different length to diameter ratio of glass fiber is smaller than that of the fiber content.
