高温环境下铝合金的高频疲劳性能

研究了2024铝合金高温环境下的高频疲劳性能,获得了光滑试样和带缺口试样在不同应力比下的S-N曲线.结果表明,在高温环境下,铝合金的疲劳性能随应力集中系数的增大而降低;当应力集中系数相同时,其疲劳性能随应力比的减小而降低.最后根据试验结果,以疲劳极限为门槛值,采用双对数公式,给出了高温环境下铝合金的疲劳寿命预测公式,对铝合金的结构设计提供了参考.
High Frequency Fatigue Property of Al Alloy at High Temperature
The high frequency fatigue property of A1 alloy 2024 was studied at high temperature,and S-N curves of smooth specimens and notched specimens were obtained under different stress ratio.The results show that the fatigue limit decreases with increasing stress concentration coefficient,and the fatigue limit decreases with the stress ratio under same stress concentration coefficient.Based on double logarithmic equation,S-N curves of A1 alloy under different states were given considering the fatigue limit as threshold value.The S-N curves proposed in the research have direct reference for the design of aluminium structures.
