Common Defects and Casting Technology Analysis in Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Head Casting
The traditional casting technology and new technology of aluminum alloy cylinder head for automobile engine were introduced.The advantages disadvantages,the application and prospect of several common casting process were summarized.Causes of common defects (pores,leakage and inclusions of in the hole) of aluminum alloy cylinder head in casting were systematically analyzed.And the corresponding control measures were presented.
