以Q550高强度工程机械用钢为研究对象,研究了该钢种的加工工艺对其晶粒及组织的影响.结果表明,在试样变形过程中存在着两种应力-应变状态,其中一种是动态再结晶型的,另外一种是动态回复型的.当冷却速度变大时,材料组织结构中贝氏体的晶粒粒径减小,同时贝氏体铁素体间距变小,此时材料的硬度先增大后减小.当冷却速率为30℃/s时,试样的维氏硬度达到最大值346 HV.为了获得力学性能较好的钢材,避免混晶的出现,Q550高强钢的终轧温度应在900℃以下.
Study on Processing Parameters of Q550 High Strength Engineering Machinery Steel
Taking Q550 high strength engineering machinery steel as research target,the effects of processing parameters on the microstructure and properties of the steel were studied.The results show that there are two kinds of states for stress-strain,including dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery.With cooling rate increasing,the grain size of bainite as well as distance between bainite and ferrite decrease,and the hardness increases firstly,and then decreases.The hardness reaches the maximum value of 346HV when the cooling rate is 30 ℃/s.The final rolling temperature should be below 900 ℃ in order to avoid the mixed crystal.
