Forming Simulation and Experimental Study of MB15 Magnesium Alloy Die Forging
MB15 is a kind of high strength wrought magnesium alloy, which has the characteristics of low ductility, poor plastic deformation ability and easily brittle fracture. The whole process of forging forming was simulated. The pre-forging shape was determined according to the simulation, and the die forging production was realized successfully. Product size and performance meet the technical requirements.
