摘要

9%Ni钢是液化天然气(LNG)存储容器制造的主流材料,其焊接材料的选用及焊接技术是LNG存储容器的制造难点和关键点,备受关注.本文综述了不同国家9%Ni钢及其焊接材料的化学成分、力学性能等规范要求,详细分析了 9%Ni钢的焊接性、焊材材料和焊接方法选用原则及焊接控制要点,并讨论了 9%Ni钢焊接材料和焊接技术的发展前景.

Abstract

9%Ni steel is the mainstream material for manufacturing liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage containers.The selection and welding technology of welding consumables are the difficulties and key points in manufacturing of LNG storage containers,which has attracted much attention.The specification requirements of composition and mechanical properties of 9%Ni steel and its welding consumables in different countries were summarized,the weldability of 9%Ni steel,the selection principles of welding materials and methods and the welding control key points were analyzed.The development prospect of 9%Ni steel welding consumables and welding technology was also discussed.
