摘要

Q460NH是低合金高强度耐候钢,采用自制的CHT81W2 药芯焊丝进行焊接,得到组织合理、力学性能良好的焊接接头.焊缝金相组织主要为先共析铁素体、板条铁素体、针状铁素体以及粒状贝氏体;热影响区组织主要有板条贝氏体和粒状贝氏体;焊缝、热影响区、母材的显微硬度呈梯度分布,并且依次下降.焊接接头各区的低温冲击韧性均达到标准规定的要求,具有良好的冲击性能;母材的断裂方式以延性断裂为主,断口微观形貌主要是韧窝;焊缝及热影响区的断口微观形貌为韧窝+准解理形貌.

Abstract

Q460NH is a low-alloy high-strength weathering steel.It was welded with self-made CHT81W2 flux cored wire.And the welding joint with reasonable structure and good mechanical performance was obtained.The microstructure of the weld zone is mainly proeutectoid ferrite,plate ferrite,acicular ferrite and granular bainite.The microstructure of the heat affected zone is mainly lath bainite and granular bainite.The microhardness of weld,heat affected zone and base metal shows gradient distribution,and the hardness value decreases in turn.The low temperature impact toughness of each zone of the welded joint meets the requirements of the standard and it has good impact property.The fracture mode of base metal is mainly ductile fracture,and the micromorphology of the fracture is mainly dimples.The fracture morphology of the weld and heat affected zone is dimples+quasi cleavage.
