石墨烯改性Cu基复合材料的研究现状与应用前景

摘要
石墨烯由于其独特的二维结构和优异的物理和力学性能,一直被认为是一种理想的复合材料增强材料.介绍了石墨烯增强Cu基体复合材料,对石墨烯铜基复合材料的制备工艺、微观结构和力学性能、石墨烯的分散、增强机理、石墨烯与Cu基体之间的界面反应进行了总结,并对石墨烯/Cu基复合材料的发展前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Graphene has been considered as an ideal reinforcing material for composites due to its unique two-dimensional structure and excellent physical and mechanical properties.The graphene reinforced Cu-based composites was introduced.The preparation process,microstructure and mechanical properties,dispersion of graphene,enhancement mechanism,interfacial reaction between graphene and Cu matrix were summarized,and the development prospects of graphene/Cu-based composites were discussed.
