摘要
冷却过程是钢材热处理中的关键步骤,钢铁材料受热后在不同的冷却条件下内部组织和外部氧化层会呈现出不同特征.综述了不同冷却速率和空气、水等冷却介质对高温后钢材微观组织、力学性能以及氧化皮等方面的影响,以期为冷却过程对典型钢材影响的研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Cooling process is a key step in steel heat treatment.After heating,the external oxide layer and internal structure of steel materials show different characteristics under different cooling conditions.The effects of different cooling rates and cooling media such as air and water on the microstructure,mechanical properties and oxide scale of steel after high temperature were summarized,so as to provide references for the influence of cooling process on typical steel.
