AgCuInTi钎料对YG16硬质合金/钢接头强度的影响研究

采用AgCuInTi钎料对YG16硬质合金和碳钢进行真空钎焊试验.通过分析不同钎焊温度下的接头剪切强度和微观形貌,得到了较好的钎焊温度.并在此基础上提升钎料中的Cu、In含量,得到了不同钎料配比的接头强度.同时利用扫描电镜对接头界面处元素的扩散情况进行能谱分析.结果表明,AgCuInTi钎料在780℃钎焊较好.随着Cu、In元素的增加,钎焊接头的剪切强度增大.钎缝中In元素倾向于固溶进Ag金属中形成Ag基固溶体,还形成了Cu基固溶体,产生了固溶强化效应.钎料/钢界面处存在大量的元素扩散,比钎料/硬质合金界面处扩散更容易.
Study on Influence of AgCuInTi Solder on Strength of YG16 Cemented Carbide/Steel Joint
The vacuum brazing tests of YG16 cemented carbide and carbon steel were carried out by using AgCuInTi brazing filler metal.By analyzing the joint shear strength and micromorphology at different brazing temperatures,good brazing temperature was obtained.On this basis,the Cu or In content was increased and the shear strengths of the joints under different brazing material compositon were obtained.At the same time,the element diffusion of the joint interface was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the AgCuInTi solder has better brazing effect at 780℃.With the increase of Cu and In elements,the shear strength of the brazed joint increases.In brazing seam,In element tends to dissolve into Ag metal to form Ag-based solid solution,and Cu-based solid solution is also formed,and it produces solid solution strengthening effect.There is a large amount of element diffusion at the brazing/steel interface,which is easier than the diffusion at the brazing/carbide interface.
