大型轴件的阻尼油封区表面银钎焊非等强修复

某大型 42CrMo4+Ni+V轴件的阻尼油封区因故产生了表面损伤.为恢复受损区油封功能和几何尺寸,采用银钎焊工艺进行表面非等强修复.首先,制作模拟样棒,制定预焊接工艺规程,按照该规程进行了评定试验.对模拟样棒焊前焊后的相同部位进行了拉伸、冲击、硬度试验和金相组织观察.分析得出,热影响区范围约为 2 mm,采用银钎焊修复对母材组织和力学性能的影响很小,用于表面损伤的非等强修复是可行的.最后,将该工艺成功用于大型轴件阻尼油封区表面损伤的实际修复.
Non-equal Strength Repair on Surface of Damping Oil Seal Area of A Large-Sized Shaft by Silver Brazing
The surface of damping oil seal area of a large-sized 42CrMo4+Ni+V shaft was damaged due to some reasons.In order to recover the oil seal function and geometric dimension of the damaged area,non-equal strength repair of the surface was carried out by using silver brazing process.Firstly,a simulated sample was specially made,and pre-welding procedure specification was formulated to carry out the qualification test.The tensile test,impact test,metallographic structure analysis and hardness test were carried out for the same area of the simulated sample before and after welding.The analysis shows that the heat affected zone range is about 2 mm,and using the silver brazing repair has a little effect on the structure and mechanical properties of the base metal and it is feasible to repair the damaged surface.Finally,the silver brazing process is successfully applied to the damaged surface repair of damping oil seal area of the large-sized shaft.
