摘要
航发科技铸造厂生产的前整流舱铸件是某型号发动机上的一个非常重要产品,属Ⅱ类铸件,材料为ZM3.该铸件在 2001 年进行的生产中,连续 5 个批次工艺检查高温蠕变性能不合格,严重影响了产品加工和装机,造成巨大损失.ZM3 合金中有两种重要元素:稀土和金属Zr,金属稀土对高温性能影响巨大,锆主要用于细化晶粒.经反复多次试验,最终确定了富铈稀土的成分控制点:富Ce稀土中的稀土含量≥98%以上,其中Ce的含量应≥45%,同时富铈稀土中的金属Nd的含量范围 10%~18%也得到了明确.该项研究结果已经体现在了我国的相应国家标准、行业标准和企业标准之中.
Abstract
The front fairing cabin casting produced by Aero-engine Technology Foundry is a very important product inn a certain type of engine.The casting is made of ZM3,belongs to casting partsⅡ.During the production in 2001,the high-temperature creep properties of the casting was unqualified in five consecutive batches.This event seriously affected the processing and installation of the products,resulting in huge losses.Rare earths and zirconium are two important parts in ZM3 alloy.Rare-earth metal has great influence on high temperature performance.Zirconium is mainly used for grain refinement.After repeated tests,the composition control points of Ce-rich rare earths were determined:rare-earths≥98%,Ce≥45%,10%≤Nd≤18%.The research results have been reflected in the corresponding national standards,industry standards and enterprise standards.
