添加碳粉对AZ91镁合金微观组织与力学性能的影响

研究了不同含量的碳粉细化剂对AZ91 镁合金的显微组织与力学性能的影响规律.对AZ91 合金进行微观组织观察、SEM分析和力学性能测试.结果表明:随着细化剂含量的增加,AZ91 合金的晶粒尺寸显著减小.当添加0.5wt%细化剂时,AZ91 合金的晶粒尺寸减小到 184 μm,细化效率达到了 67%.当添加 0.3wt%细化剂时,AZ91 合金的抗拉强度和伸长率达到最高的150 MPa和2.1%,相比于未添加细化剂的,其分别提升了28%和50%.C元素与Al元素反应得到了Al4C3 相,可以作为AZ91合金的异质形核位点,起到了晶粒细化的作用,并显著提升AZ91合金的力学性能.
Effect of Adding Carbon Powder on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy
The effect of different content of carbon powder refiner on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied.The microstructure observation,SEM analysis and mechanical property test of AZ91 alloy were carried out.The results show that with the increase of the refiner content,the grain size of AZ91 alloy decreases significantly.When 0.5wt%refiner is added,the grain size of AZ91 alloy is reduced to 184 μm,and the refinement efficiency reaches 67%.When 0.3wt%refining agent is added,the tensile strength and elongation of AZ91 alloy reach the highest of 150 MPa and 2.1%,which are increased by 28%and 50%,respectively,compared with those without adding refining agent.The Al4C3 phase is obtained by the reaction of C element and Al element,which can be used as the heterogeneous nucleation site of AZ91 alloy,and it plays a role in grain refinement,and significantly improves the mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy.
