M2052阻尼合金化学镀Ni-Cu-P后摩擦磨损和冲刷腐蚀性能研究

在M2052阻尼合金上化学镀Ni-Cu-P镀层,1 h后获得了厚度为9.2 μm的非晶镀层.随后分析了镀层的表面和截面形貌、元素组成和相结构.对比了施镀前后样品的表面能、摩擦磨损性能和耐冲刷腐蚀性能的变化.结果表明,在化学镀Ni-Cu-P之后,M2052合金的耐蚀性能提高,与基体相比,施镀后样品的耐磨性能和耐冲刷腐蚀性能有极大改善.
Research on Wear and Erosion-corrosion Properties of M2052 Damping Alloy after Electroless Ni-Cu-P Plating
An amorphous coating with the thickness of 9.2 μm was obtained by electroless Ni-Cu-P plating on M2052 damping alloy.The surface and cross-section morphology,elemental compositions and phase structure of the coating were analyzed.The changes of surface energy,wear properties and corrosion resistance of the samples without and with coating were compared.The results show that the corrosion resistance of M2052 alloy improve after Ni-Cu-P plating.Compared with the substrate,the wear resistance and erosion-corrosion resistance of the sample after plating greatly improve.
