激光熔覆光斑形状对铁基涂层组织结构及耐磨性能的影响研究

采用线光斑激光熔覆技术和圆光斑激光熔覆技术在热作模具钢H13 钢上制备铁基耐磨涂层,使用XRD﹑SEM﹑EDS等对比研究不同光斑形状对铁基涂层的熔覆效率﹑成分物相﹑组织结构和耐磨性能的影响.结果表明:采用圆光斑激光熔覆技术和线光斑激光熔覆技术制备的涂层皆为无缺陷涂层,由于线光斑激光熔覆技术具有更大的光斑面积﹑更快的扫描速度,使得线光斑激光熔覆涂层的熔覆效率是圆光斑激光熔覆涂层的 4.4 倍,稀释率更小,约为圆光斑激光熔覆涂层的1/5.因为圆光斑的线能量比线光斑的线能量大,导致圆光斑激光熔覆涂层中的马氏体和碳化物的含量高于线光斑激光熔覆涂层中马氏体和碳化物的含量,圆光斑激光熔覆涂层的硬度和耐磨性高于线光斑激光熔覆涂层.
Effects of Laser Cladding Spot Shape on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Iron-based Coatings
Iron-based wear-resisting coatings were prepared on H13 steel by linear spot laser cladding and round spot laser cladding.The effects of different spot shapes on the cladding efficiency,composition phase,microstructure and wear-resisting properties of iron-based coatings were studied by XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the coatings prepared by round spot laser cladding technology and linear spot laser cladding technology are both defect-free coatings.Because linear spot laser cladding technology has larger spot area and faster scanning speed,the cladding efficiency of linear spot laser cladding coating is 4.4 times that of round spot laser cladding coating,and the dilution rate is lower.It is about 1/5 of the round spot laser cladding coating.Because the linear energy of round spot is higher than that of linear spot,the contents of martensite and carbide in round spot laser cladding coating are higher than those in linear spot laser cladding coating,and the hardness and wear resistance of round spot laser cladding coating are higher than that of linear spot laser cladding coating.
