摘要

涡轮是增压器上具有复杂曲面结构的高速旋转部件,质量要求高.采用ProCAST软件对大尺寸涡轮铸造工艺进行了仿真设计,实现了涡轮铸件铸造工艺的优化,并结合生产实际开展了细晶工艺研究,生产出组织﹑性能和尺寸精度满足要求的大尺寸涡轮铸件.

Abstract

The turbine is a high-speed rotating component with a complex curved surface structure on the supercharger,and it has high quality requirements.ProCAST software was used to simulate the large-size turbine casting process,which realized the optimization of the turbine casting process.The research on the fine-grained process was carried out by combing with the actual production,and the large-size turbine castings meeting the requirements in structure,performance and dimensional accuracy were produced.
