Application of 3D Printing Technology of Resin Molds in Rapid Manufacture of Gas Turbine Blade
The application of 3D printed resin molds was introduced in the development process of precision casting for heavy-duty gas turbine high-temperature turbine blades,which has the characteristics of long casting process and slow experimental iteration.The material characteristics,strength control methods,surface characteristics,and process matching methods suitable for precision casting processes of 3D printing resin molds were emphasized,which creates conditions for the direct production of blades using resin molds.
