7xxx系铝合金焊接技术研究进展

7xxx系铝合金作为所有系列铝合金强度最高的金属材料,具有优良的综合性能,被广泛应用于各领域中.本文从 7xxx系铝合金焊接质量和焊接效率出发,综述了几种常见的 7xxx系铝合金焊接技术的发展现状,重点介绍了熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG焊)、冷金属过渡焊(CMT)、钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG焊)等传统电弧焊以及激光焊、电子束焊、搅拌摩擦焊等新型焊接技术的技术特点与应用前景,总结了不同焊接技术相应的优势与不足以及目前各焊接技术急待解决的问题,最后对 7xxx系铝合金焊接技术发展前景进行了总结.
Research Progress on Welding Technology of 7xxx Series Aluminum Alloy
7xxx series aluminum alloy,as the metal material with the highest strength in all series of Al alloy,has excellent comprehensive properties.And it is widely used in various fields.From the actual welding quality and welding efficiency of 7xxx series aluminum alloy,the development status of several common welding technologies of 7xxx aluminum alloy was summarized,focusing on the technical characteristics and application prospects of traditional arc welding such as MIG welding,cold metal transition welding and tungsten inert gas welding,and new welding technologies such as laser welding,electron beam welding and friction stir welding.The corresponding advantages and disadvantages of different welding technologies and the urgent problems to be solved were summarized.Finally,the development prospect of 7xxx series aluminum alloy welding technology was summarized.
