热带海洋大气条件下2219铝合金FSW接头力学性能研究

对8 mm厚的2219铝合金板进行了搅拌摩擦焊试验,在热带海洋大气条件下对接头表面进行暴露试验,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉伸试验机等研究了不同暴露时间下 2219 铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的腐蚀形貌和力学性能.结果表明,随着暴露时间的延长,接头的拉伸性能降低,暴露 3 月后接头抗拉强度为 400 Mpa,断后伸长率为17.53%,暴露 12 月后抗拉强度下降到 363.25 Mpa,断后伸长率下降到 15.9%;断裂形式由韧性断裂发展为局部脆性断裂,最终发展为大部分脆性断裂.
Study on Mechanical Properties of 2219 FSW Joint under Tropical Ocean Atmosphere
The friction stir welding of 8 mm thick 2219 alminum alloy plate was carried out,and the exposure test of the joint surface under tropical ocean atmospheric condition was carried out.The corrosion morphology and mechanical properties of 2219 alminum alloy friction stir welded joints were studied under different exposure time by using scanning electron microscope(SEM)and universal tensile testing machine.The results show that with the extension of exposure time,the tensile properties of the joint decrease.The tensile strength of the joint is 400 MPa and the elongation after fracture is 17.53%after exposure for 3 months,and the tensile strength decreases to 363.25 MPa and the elongation after fracture decreases to 15.9%after exposure for 12 months.The fracture mode develops from ductile fracture to local brittle fracture,and finally to most brittle fracture.
