Study on Longitudinal Distribution Characteristics of Crown of Hot Rolled Thin Gauge Strip
In order to control the longitudinal distribution of the crown of the thin strip steel plate in a 1780 mm hot rolling production line, the influencing factors were quantitatively analyzed by analyzing the field rolling process technology and plate crown data. The results show that as the thickness of the strip decreases, the greater the longitudinal difference of the strip crown, the greater the difference of the outlet temperature and speed of the F7 stand, the rolling pressure and bending force of the F1 stand in the length direction of the strip. With the reduction of the strip width, the longitudinal attenuation of the plate crown gradually increases, and the plate crown at the middle and rear of the strip is gradually lower than the lower limit of the target value. With the increase of the exit speed and temperature of the finishing F7 stand and the reduction of the rolling pressure and bending force of the F1 stand, the plate crown attenuates, and the larger the fluctuation value of the above rolling parameters, the more obvious the attenuation characteristic and the greater the attenuation.
